Emerald hot water unit, electric one. No hot water coming out of tab. Unit is only couple of years old. Need a plumber ( expert) who can fix the issue and ensure hot water he back. I believe something to do with timer and some setting with the unit.

When I turn on hot water tape the cold tape leak from the tape, for the bathroom tape , the cold tape need to be fix . And the bathtubs need to close very tight otherwise will leak from horse .

Midea by Chromagen hot water gas booster is not working. Investigated a bit. When the tap is turned on, the fan starts but the gas does not get ignited. Cannot hear the spark. Most probably flame rod/ignitor assembly needs to be replaced.

Hello, my toilet is leaking slowly from behind the toilet bowl

Water Fountain that has been connected to power and everything is running back to the fountain need to have the basin cleaned skinned with a waterproof type paint of which we need two coats. The prospect covers replaced or suggestions for something better and the fountain be put back in working order essentially what needs to be done is that the earn where the water collects needs to be cleaned and re-skinned estimated work three hours including one hour for the first coat to dry? Need someone with experience in this type of work rather than just a handyman because the last two blokes that I got stuffed everything up willing to pay above rates for someone that knows what they’re doing do not respond.
