The shower head has been dripping slightly over the past year, and the leak has gotten worse recently.
Chris did a great job. He even had to go and get a new tap spindle, but still honoured the fixed price. Really appreciate his effort and professionalism, highly recommend.

My toilet buttons are broken and it keeps making the water sound. I also have a new tap i have been meaning to get installed so wanting to get that done while here. I'm on a pension and can't afford much so offering what I can at short notice. Thank you

There’s leak from shower. It needs to Re-grout and recaulk shower cubicle. Resecure sehlf and put silicone in the screw holes Re-silicone shower fixtures at wall penetrations Install puddle flange to shower waste. Checked the possible cause of leak . It is found that the waste outlet for the shower did not have a puddle flange, there was cracking to grout to the rear RHS of the tiled base, pinholes and cracks to grout in some areas of wall tiles in shower and the shelf on the rear wall was loose which would allow water to enter the wall cavity. •LDT confirms holes in the screed at the waste outlet could be allowing water to escape, cracks to grouting on the floor tiles and no puddle flange installed at waste. •LDT also stated the shelf fixings are loose and could allow water to escape aswell as deteriorated silicone to the shower head wall fixtures - Happy to negotiate the price/cost - Due date: Flexible
