Driving in freeway and hot temp flashed and I stopped and the hot temp flash gone

We wish to install a powered bidet system to all our toilets (4 toilets), the walls are tiled.

Repair toilet tank leaking into the bowl, toilet tank keep refilling as the water keeps flowing into the bowl for 3 toilets

To fix a pipe from water tank to pergola, it’s about 13-15m. Both hot and cold water. Also drainage from sink to sewage.

Upstairs tiolet seems to be partially blocked as water is slow to drain. Also ensuite basin us the same.

Three minor issue to be fixed: 1- screw the kitchen faucet handle (attached pic) 2- leakage of tap water under bathroom cabinet (attached pic) 3- leakage of tap water behind the fridge location. Just need to block it (easy access as fridge is taken out). Attached pic

Two story house. 90 corner of the gutter is leaking. Looks like a reverts missing.
