When the hot and cold taps are fully turned off the shower head still leaks hot water. Suspect a washer requires replacement, but requires route cause analysis and resolution

Both shower heads leak so thinking probably the washer in one or both taps needs replacing

Labour needs to include connecting the vanity to water and waste and also mounting the vanity to the wall. Access underneath this part of the house is very easy. You can stand also the wall is accessible from the outside of the house The second vanity is for the main bathroom and can be connected to existing plumbing. The vanity should just fit in within the existing plumbing as is a freestanding cupboard vanity. Labour needs to include removal of existing basin. Both vanities need to have mixer installed.
