I have a few things I need a plumber for: • A leak under the kitchen sink coming from the rubber seal around the basket waste • Replace the kitchen mixer tap with my new one • Replace toilet inlet and outlet valve with my new ones • The mini stop valve on the toilet wall isn’t shutting off fully and still lets water through • Two outside taps need servicing, hard to turn off

What’s needed: • Install a new kitchen tap (tap already purchased) • Redo a small section of silicone along the splashback (silicone provided) Extra note: During the job, I suspect the drainage pipes will need to be taken apart briefly. I’d just like to quickly check and clean that area while it’s open — it’ll only take about five minutes, and I’ll handle that part myself. Toilet water keeps running after cistern is full.

Looking to have a plumber tap into existing hot and cold copper lines to install a wall mounted mixer (see photo as example) to be wall mounted near heat pump hot water tank and aircon unit in back yard and a stop valve lever on outlet line. Outlet to be capped and not connected to anything at this stage as landscaping works further along the fence need to be done next.

The toilet seat doesn't stay up, maybe the screw is loose or lost? Unsure what the problem is. Need help fixing.
