What’s needed: • Install a new kitchen tap (tap already purchased) • Redo a small section of silicone along the splashback (silicone provided) Extra note: During the job, I suspect the drainage pipes will need to be taken apart briefly. I’d just like to quickly check and clean that area while it’s open — it’ll only take about five minutes, and I’ll handle that part myself. When this house was built the builders made a mess of the meter and the tap out the front..I really want someone to spend time cleaning the meter and the tap..Note the tap can be replaced if this is easier..The meter has render on it and will need someone to spend time removing it..
