The tap for the bath tub does not seem to be properly fixed to the pipe in the wall. When high water pressure is applied it flies off. I need this fixed.

Hi, This is labour only. I will have some parts here but if there is anything unplanned for needed I am happy to reimburse you. I want to get a 50mm drainage pipe as well as a tap for washing machine roughed in. The wall is currently open on the rear and I have marked up the different parts in the attached photo. A certificate is a must have for this so please include this in your price.

Extend Stormwater Pipe with 3 x connections ready to receive 3 90mm zincalume downpipes. Existing stormwater PVC pipe at ground level and to be extended to run along side of house. First downpipe connection at corner of verandah. As the verandah is going to be replaced, it will be pulled up with the PVC pipe fully exposed and ready for first downpipe connection at corner of verandah. Second downpipe connection 50cm down side of house. Third downpipe connection 10 metres from corner of house. Zincalume downpipes will be separately fitted at a later time. Downpipes to run against weatherboards with no standoffs.

Replace existing kitchen tap with supplied kitchen tap in the box. Must use teflon tape on any connections.

Just moved in and have problems getting the hose screwed into the water tap under the sink. It’s a tight awkward space and unsure if I’m needing an attachment for the tap underneath sink or if the tin is needing to be cut out. I went to Bunnings and have purchased a sheet metal nibbler cutter and I have a drill but not confident to use after reading instructions. By the completion of the task I would like my washing machine to be connected to the cold tap not leaking or dripping (I also have waterproof tape) and functioning correctly. Advantageous if you have plumbing experience!

Need a plumber to assist in replacing 2 x wall taps assemblies and shower head in apartment. I was unable to remove the spindles myself except for one as they are quite old and are stuck. I’ve only managed to replace the bath spout and one tap. In the photo I’ve circled in red the ones to be replaced. All replacement tapware provided. You must also silicone the taps after. Silicone is provided.

Hi All, I am reposting this job as i went to accept someone and the post had expired. Apologies to those who had previously submitted an offer. We had a plumber at this job however he has disappeared!! The current status is that all the original hot and cold pipes have been removed. We had specified that we wanted copper rather than Pex which is why everything here is copper. There are 2 x new straight 20mm copper pipes under the joists however none of the other pipes have been put in. The flooring is not down and there is no plaster on the walls so everything is easily accessible. There is a box of a connectors that had been supplied as well. Theses were supposedly all the connectors needed I am looking for a price on connecting everything to a rough in stage and supply of a certificate for works completed at the various stages. If there are any materials needed that are not on site I am happy to either reimburse or purchase them for you. Please bid your actual price as I will not be paying more than what is bidded other than for payments for any materials needed. Also considering the previous problem we had a certificate will need to be issued before payment is released. Happy to pay for the certificate. Sorry to sound like a pain but I don't want to get ripped off twice for the same job. Looking to get this done sometime next week.
