There will be other post renovations cleaning like removing paint spots and other marks from the floor(I have the chemicals for this) scraping some paint off windows (I have paint scrapers), cleaning the outside decking (I will supply everything needed for cleaning the decking) I am unsure how long this will take so propose a hourly rate of $50 including Airtasker fees with a minimum of 5 hours.
