All grout is gone and the walls look fantastic. I would say that be very clear with your post about what is required. My listing wasn’t clear and therefore didn’t get all of my tiles done. For example I said only tiles in kitchen and bathrooms not the whole house, by that I meant the tiles in the walkway to the kitchen as well and to advise there isn’t tiles in the whole house. She was accomodating in getting the work done on time as requested.

I need help * deepclean the bathroom & remove molding in seconds shower * 2 toilets (general cleaning) *stove, ventilator *oven There are no major stains or mould in any other areas; only the second bathroom requires a proper deep clean & the ventilation fan (can use my steamer). The rest of the space only needs light attention and can be completed efficiently. There is no requirement to clean any bedrooms, living areas, or the kitchen, and no vacuuming or mopping is needed either. I’ve moved house many times, so I understand the time and cost involved in a full bond clean. If this were a full house clean, your higher offer would be reasonable. However, for the scope of this job, it should take roughly 2.5 hours to complete. At $100, that works out to around $40 per hour, which I believe is fair and reasonable for this work.
