It’s a 2 bedroom house with: - 2 external doors (front door and back double doors). - 6 wooden sash windows It’s an old house with some old draught proofing that’s falling off that will need to be removed. Recently moved into house and windows appear to have been painted shut (internal and external) prior to sale. I have run a Stanley knife along the gap on both inside and outside but still can't open the windows. This job is for the 4 bay windows in the picture, but I also have 3 other windows with the same issue. Keen to discuss a price for these after the main job.

I need a second story window cleaned. It cannot be opened from the inside, so you will need a ladder to get up there (I cannot provide this). You will have access to a hose and cleaning equipment if required. Happy to negotiate cost.
