I purchased a dog door that fixes to my screen door. The L shaped bracket has broken which I now have a replacement for and I have lost screws of the Ausphal lock bracket. Please only accept this job only if you have replacement screws for a lock bracket and are used to doing screen/security door work as I have had a few people in without the specific screws and I have purchased screws that don’t fit.

We have double external doors that are no longer closing/sticking. The frames are no longer plum, so I think the frame will need to be pulled out and re-set to get it square and plum. Job will require doors, trim and frame removed, and all reinstalled in place. Doors expected to close smoothly and lock to be successfully completed.

Hi, my front door isn't latching. The lock works but the latch does not catch the strike hole. I'm looking for someone to realign the door, move the strike hole or create a larger strike hole so that the latch catches. When it was installed a couple years ago, it was working fine, however the door may have recenty shifted or warped, causing this, although I'm not sure. I am seeking someone to correct this, ideally by first checking the hinges and alingment of the door, etc. If this doesn't work, then perhaps remounting the strike plate higher or trimming off a bit of the metal at the top of the strke hole, or whatever you suggest.

Timber door frame is old, need to have it replaced/reconstructed and the existing security door attached back in place please advise on price for labour+materials
