Dimensions need to be approx 32mmx73mmx1100mm Mount into existing frame as door header and fix with brads through underside and screws through sides of existing door frame. All fixings to be countersunk and filled. Remove ‘lintel moulding’ under bottom of window bead, fill and paint. Remove period middle door handle, fill and paint. The following materials will be supplied: Piece of Tassie Oak Paint Screws All other necessary materials and tools to be supplied by builder.

My door handle snapped. I have purchased a new one and need someone to install the new one please including drilling all of the necessary new holes etc. The door also is not quite closing properly so if someone could make it align that would be great. I am flexible with timing but would love to get this sorted as soon as possible

Fly screen 3 to 4 - has a tear, need fix. Door stoppers 3, put in new ones. Put in new latch on 3 slider doors and fix 1 existing slider door. Seal the garage borders, mostly on top side only.

The back doors of the rental house we are moving out from have been damaged by our dog scratching them. We were thinking we could potentially add flanged metal plates on both sides to fix or another solution? Does not need to be fancy as the doors are run down and old. The owners are planning to renovate on return from overseas.
