I’m moving out and just need my current screen door unscrewed and put the original al screen door back on. Will be a very quick job but owner wants it done professionally with a receipt/invoice proof.

The job consists of three parts:Internal Door Replacement & Painting:I have a standard internal hollow-core bedroom door with multiple holes that needs a complete replacement. You will need to source a matching primed MDF flush door blank from Bunnings West Footscray (approx. 8 mins away), transport it to the apartment, trim it to fit the frame, chisel out the hinges, swap over the handle hardware, and hang it. You will also need to apply two coats of matching interior door paint (usually semi-gloss white).Plaster Wall Repair & Painting:There is one horizontal rectangular cutout hole in the plasterboard wall (approx. 20-30cm wide). This needs to be repaired using a timber backing block, a matching plasterboard patch piece, taped, flushed, and sanded completely smooth. You will need to take a small flake of the current wall paint to Bunnings to get an exact color match (1L tin) and paint the patched area so it blends seamlessly with the rest of the wall.Cleanup & Disposal:Please ensure plastic drop sheets are used to protect the carpet from plaster dust and paint drips. The quote must include the removal and disposal of the old broken door.Please provide a total quote including all materials (door, plaster, paint) and labor. Thank you!

Install Security Frame on Front Aluminium Door I need an experienced handyman or metalworker to install a security frame/grille onto my front aluminium door frame, similar to the installation shown in the attached photos. Job details: * I will provide the new security frame. * The new frame has four extra legs/extension pieces on the corners. * These legs will need to be accurately measured and cut to suit the existing aluminium door frame. * Install and securely fix the frame to the front aluminium door frame. * Ensure the frame is level, properly aligned and securely mounted. * Clean and neat finish required. Need front door and door frame fixed

I need to get the bedroom door fixed before a house inspection, i can see that this is a quick job for the right tradie. The problem is the door dont close fully, the back plank of the door has stuck off and is loose. Here are the photos, i am assuming it is 80-150aud work. But i can pay more than 150aud for finished clean workk. 107 Gordon Street

Door to be fixed, The hinges are good, Door doesnt close fully due to few excess cm. The board plank of one side of door is loose and have come off, i think it was itinitally stuck on. Please come have a quick look and give me a quick reasonable quote.

I am wanting to replace an internal door with a more fancy one that has a leadlight pane in it. The original door measures 810x2025x35, and the replacement door is almost identical (possibly 3-4 centimes shorter which won't matter). The hinges are not exactly in the same place so it will require someone who knows what they are doing to ensure a neat job. I have some tools but prefer it if you have your own. Flexible with days/times.

The top hinge on my cupboard door is loose and the door doesn’t fit properly. I think the hinge needs to be moved to another position as the screws don’t hold it in, if you screw them tight they just slide out again.
