Repair water-damaged exterior MDF door (Footscray, Melbourne) Looking for a handyman or carpenter to repair water damage to the bottom of an exterior MDF door. Damage limited to the lower edge and lower-right corner where rainwater has occasionally gotten underneath the door during heavy weather. The MDF has swollen and delaminated in this area (see photos). I'd like the damaged material assessed and repaired where practical rather than replacing the entire door. - Remove/cut back damaged and loose MDF. - Rebuild/fill damaged area with a suitable exterior-grade product. - Sand smooth and prepare for painting. - Seal the repaired area against future moisture. - Install a suitable solution to reduce future water ingress (e.g. door sweep, weather seal, drip strip, aluminium kick plate, or similar). Can pay separately for costs of the product itself. Open to quotes after inspection if additional work is required, but looking for a cost-effective repair rather than door replacement.

Since we moved in, the main door of this bifold has always been slightly misaligned (gap at the bottom and tight at the top). This season it’s particularly bad to point where the door doesn’t open/close properly. I notice that the door has a slight drop to it. Main iob - fix the main door alignment ideally getting it fully plum, balanced all around. Secondary job (time/cost depending) - general service of the bifolds. Replace aging seal strips (10y plus), clean/lube/adjust hinges. Discuss new handle hardware and possible painting. Keen on a rough cost for the main job, and whether the service is worth doing in the same visit. I’m ideally after someone who does a lot of work with bifolds, probably glazier/window-and-door installer rather than a general contractor.

Kitchen sink seal is mouldy. Want it removed and replaced Ideally someone who has done this before and can apply some mould killer before resealing please

Hello my dog bit the skirt wall board and needs to be filled/patched up and painted

I'd like to have an Ikea Besta 240cm floating tv unit installed on my wall. The power point and antennae will be on the wall behind the unit. Not sure if that adds complications? saw some online reviews that it might. Possibly need to cut holes for them?
