Looking for an experienced technician to inspect and fix a few issues at my property: * Garage door motor is running, but the door is not opening or closing * Security alarm system is not working * Doorbell is not functioning Need someone who can diagnose the problems and repair them. We're looking for a handyman with experience in plumbing as well to help repair and identify the leak coming out of the foot of our stone bench top (waterfall side) and the board of our cabinetry. Please see photos. We have confirmed that the leak was not coming from the dishwasher as the leak still persists even when the dishwasher is not in use and only manifests when the kitchen sink is used. There is no sign of any water leak inside the cabinetry. Everything inside is completely dry. We've included photos of the gap between the carcass of the cabinet and the stone as we feel that the water might be seeping through there. It looks like its missing sealant as well between the floorboards and the kitchen island.

Hi, I need 3 things done: 1. Relocate TV Unit - The tv unit has to be taken out of the wall and dropped down around 10cm 2. Build a drawer/sliding shelf to house the projector inside the TV unit. 3. Patch the hole in the wall that holds the cords and create another hole so we can have the soundbar on top of the TV unit.
