Hello, I am looking for a handyman who can help me with fixing the flyscreen door mesh that's broken by my dog. So I am looking at aluminum flyscreen material and measurement is 203mm (H)x 121.5mm (W) of the door frame. Our house is located at Albion 3020(near Sunshine). Expecting it to be fixed by 3rd Oct.

Just had an internal wall removed, so I need the wall and ceiling patched. Have a section of the cornice we can reuse. Don't need it painted or anything special. Just closed and livable.

I need a handyman to remove my current blinds (see the first photo attached) and install 2 layers of fabric curtains (see the 2nd image attached) on 4 different windows in my two bedrooms and living rooms (please see floor plans attached for the estimates of the width of the windows). Will supply all curtains and curtain rods.

Internal hollow-core door pulled off its top hinge, ripping the side timber edge out. Open to repair/reinforcing the existing door edge if possible or replacing with a new blank hollow-core door if not. Please let me know in your offer whether you recommend repair or replacement and if materials are included.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair a small section of damaged plaster and peeling paint where the wall meets the ceiling (corner joint).

Under the kitchen sink, the cold water pipe is very old and has developed a hole, which is causing a leak. This section of the pipe needs to be repaired or replaced.

I currently have a US Force Home Gym that I will need uninstalled moved around the corner and reinstalled. We are moving 500 metres away. We can supply van/truck if required. Must have experience installing professional home gym.

The cord has come off the track and needs to be reinstalled. The blind is still nee so i would prefer to repair then replace.

Garage door opener not working – need repair (door currently stuck open) I have an automatic garage door with a GDS 800 garage door opener installed on the ceiling. The door is currently stuck in the open position and the opener is not responding. The remote control does not work, the wall switch inside the garage does not work, and even the manual red button on the motor unit does not activate the door. The opener still has power (LED lights are on), but the motor does not respond to any controls. I also noticed that the emergency release cord/handle is missing, so I cannot easily disconnect the door from the motor to close it manually. I need someone to: • Diagnose the issue with the garage door opener • Help close the door safely (currently open) • Repair or advise if the opener needs replacement The opener model is GDS 800 and it is mounted on the ceiling rail system connected to a sectional garage door. Build and install four fly screens for awning windows. Either need a hole for the winders or to be retractable/removable. Measurements (approx): - 870mm x 1270mm - 700mm x 1120mm - 740mm x 1290mm - 870mm x 1290mm
