Previously patched up hole in plaster wall has become loose and needs fixing due to this I’m looking to have most of that wall fixed as the original patch up job was done poorly. Above the main visible 100mm x 100mm damaged whole you will also be able to see another patch which is done decently but I would like to be done quite well. The paint in the area is also not the same colour as the rest of the wall. If I could get the area repainted and the damage on the wall fixed I will be happy.

Towel rail was broken. It needs to be fixed back on the wall.

I’m looking for an experienced window repair technician or handyman to repair 3 A&L awning windows in Manor Lakes, VIC. Problem: * All 3 window winders have the same issue. * When I turn the handle, there is some resistance initially. * As I continue turning, there is a noticeable click/clunk, after which the handle spins freely. * The windows remain stuck closed and do not open. * Photos of the windows and A&L winder mechanisms are attached. I’m looking for someone who can diagnose the issue and repair or replace the faulty winder mechanisms or any other parts required.
