There is a piece of plasterboard from the original ceiling of my home that has fallen loose and needs replacing/repair. Access is through the man-hole into the concealed ceiling (note the ceiling was dropped in a 1970s renovation). The entire flooring of this dropped ceiling will need to be completely cleared and cleaned (with an industrial vacuum) to prepare for insulation to be laid. Contractor to source materials and must have own industrial vacuum.

Two toilet roll holders installed (one requires minor plaster repair), Bifold door seal replace, toilet flusher replaced and internal flushing mechanism reconnected, toilet seats (2) tightened, grouting for approximately eight tiles in shower replaced and sealed, remove outdoor floodlight and install a new one and repair door awning (the door awning might be too complicated so if you are confident, please quote for the other repair tasks). I have 2 odd jobs at home - 1 is that my kitchen door frame appears to have swollen and now the door jams/doesn’t close properly. Door frame has partially come away (approximately from the bottom up to the middle of the frame). In addition, the fly screen door closer pump has been ripped out of the door frame, including the screws. The door frame may require repair or reinforcement so the door closer pump can be securely reinstalled. Once repairs are complete, the closer pump needs to be refitted correctly. Any areas affected by the repair will need to be patched and repainted where necessary. Paint can be provided. All other materials required (screws, fixings, bog, patch filler, etc) must be supplied

The door handle is not controlling the latch anymore. You can turn the handle, but it doesn't move the latch.

Need two blinds removed and two new dual ones installed.

The door knob to my bedroom is loose and won't open the door. The brass plate is very tight and I couldn't get it off to access the screws. All of my things are inside (I'm housesitting) so I'm stuck until I can get it fixed. Hopefully someone can help today!
