I need a bedroom door knob replaced with a new one. The new knob comes with a backplate that needs to be inlaid into the wooden door, so some light carpentry work is required to fit it properly. Just looking for someone local with the right tools that can pop in to assist. Details: The toilet seat hinge fixture is broken (see photo). The previous handyman came in and replaced with hinges that are too small, and now the seat is not fitting into the hinges at all. It’s a soft-close seat attached to a Fontaine toilet.
