Hi, seeking an experienced wooden floor refinisher for an old upstair shop with wooden floor of area approx 80-90 sqm of wooden floor area. The building is at least 75 years old and just need it refinished fill where required with product rather than replace panels. Task is to cut and install approx. 2.1m of MDF skirting. Trim, cut and mitred to match exisitng skirting over flooring. I already have the material on-site. You'll be required to use own tools (drop saw, nailgun). Should be quick and easy.

I am Installing a new 160L Rheem hotwater tank in corner of kitchen. I need to build a basic cupboard with sides, top and door to access and house the new tank. Dimensions are as in the photo (height would be around 1600mm) and I have attached some examples of the type of thing I would like to do. The walls and won't really be visible so can be any material and the door will just need to be openable to access to install the tank and maintain etc.

A pot plant (about 25cm wide) left a stain on the floorboards, and I need someone to sand it back and oil it up to try and get rid of the mark. Repair or replace a piece of rotten wood in the door frame

Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. If you could please advise a rough estimate of material costs and how long the job would take, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Would like a panel neatly cut and sanded, so that it can be installed on a shelf - ideally 4 pieces at 1200 by 325. If the groves could be achieved, that would be ideal. Timber already purchased.

I need this drawer removed as need an oven in that space and about 50mm short.
