I need an experienced carpenter joiner or handyman to build a custom L shaped enclosure inside our restaurant in Melbourne CBD. The enclosed area will be used as our dedicated dishes and dishwashing area. The main purpose is to create a practical and organised space for handling dirty plates while also matching the existing timber interior of the restaurant. The attached photos show the actual area and our design concept. The enclosure needs to follow an L shape based on the marked layout in the photo. The front side of the enclosure will have a passthrough opening. Staff outside the enclosed area will be able to easily place or pass dirty plates through the opening. Inside the enclosure there will be a stainless steel work table where staff can receive the plates sort them clean them and stack them. The enclosure should include a suitable access door for staff and enough internal space for the dishwashing workflow and equipment. We would also like storage space underneath or around the work table for trays racks and other dishwashing supplies. We would like the outside of the enclosure to have a timber finish that matches the existing restaurant interior. The inside should be practical durable hygienic and easy to clean. We are open to suggestions regarding the best materials and design. We would prefer someone to come and inspect the site in person before confirming the final design and price. We are buying a TV soundbar that needs to sit on a piece of custom furniture. In order to not have the soundbar be too prominent we want to house it in a piece of free standing joinery that is 2-pack painted to match the rest of the cabinetry. I need a custom built table to run along the wall of my studio. I have drawings made up but its just a guide. I'm open to design ideas, but I'm thinking marble look laminate. Cut out a space for a dishwasher under bench in an existing kitchen cabinet. Still need to maintain the appearance of the kitchen. I want to be able to have the remaining cupboard space under the sink as well so a small door or a blank can be installed between the edge of the dishwasher and the next door. I have lockers that need to be raised a few cm so the bottem row of cupboards can open freely, they currently scrape on ground which destroys the hinges. Also fixing the hinges once complete.
