This would also involve removal of an existing loose Ikea cabinet from the room. 3. The approximate size of the project is 20m2 of custom cabinetry to suit an edwardian house. Walls are brick with cement render, bathroom walls are tiled. Measurements Mirror cabinet: 650mm wide x 330mm deep x 600mm high Toilet roll holder: 140mm wide x 100mm deep x 100mm high Dual roller blinds: 2400x2400mm Black curtain cord-drawn track: 213-396cm Window size: 2300mm wide x 1560mm high Sliding door: 2400mm height x 2700mm width Positions Mirror cabinet: side of cabinet 240mm from wall on left, bottom of cabinet 1465mm from floor (in line with grout) Toilet roll holder: side of holder 150mm from doorway, bottom of holder 840mm from floor If holes are exposed when toilet roll holder has been moved these will need to be filled with silicone colour-matched to the tiles.
