studio is at lockup stage and requires a final check to ensure ready for plaster. Some additional noggins and triple grips to put in. Frame was checked so it needs just minor preperation to ensure level. I require a qualified and experienced carpenter only. Please confirm this when replying thanks

We have removed our built in wardrobe and would like the area where it was to be plastered.

There's 3 sections requiring patch and paint, or just paint. 1. Patch and paint where there was previously a powerpoint 2. Patch and paint where there was previously a ceiling light 3. Paint around a new split system where there was previously a larger split system We have paint for these. We understand to get a perfect result a full sand/repaint would be required, we're just after a good blend that makes it less noticeable until our next full paint in a couple of years. Need a hole in my plasyerboard wall fixed. Hole is 50cm (h) x 20cm (l). I can supply the new plasterboard. Painting not required.

We had a fireplace removed and we hired someone to patch up the plaster however I can see the section that was carved out and fixed. I would prefer an actual plasterer or someone with the skill to fix it as looks tacky. I would also like a hole made so that I can pass an electrical cord through to other side of wall. Thanks in advance.

I have some patches in the roof from aircon installation. We kept the ceiling patches (see photos). 2 are in the wardrobe and two are on the ceiling. Wardrobe one doesn't need to be painted. Just plastering. Two on the ceiling need to be painted after plastering.

Someone has accessed the roof and has cut a hole in the plaster on roof, it needs a new replaced plasterboard as the one there is to small they have put temporarily. and needs to be plastered and looking like normal. Will need a dropsheet as it over carpet

Templates patched to be done. One small and one larger. Larger one has plaster board already j served in hole. Just needs to be screwed off better. Access to behind is available as the metal stud just need to be fixed better. Other patch is from a door closer digging into the wall.
