Experienced plasterer needed in Brunswick East for a kitchen bulkhead and related finishing work, plus an under-stairs cupboard. Kitchen * Build, sheet and plaster a new bulkhead above the overhead cabinetry. * Approx. 2.1 m wide x 325 mm high from ceiling to cabinet top. Final measurements to be checked on site. * Depth to align neatly with the front of the upper cabinetry. * Create a clean shadow-line/recessed finish above the cabinetry. * Install matching cornice across the new bulkhead and tie into the existing cornice. * At the tall fridge cabinetry, finish the nib wall neatly and return the cornice along the hallway side so it terminates cleanly at the nib wall, rather than wrapping around the short end. * Finish the short end of the nib wall flush and clean beside the fridge cabinetry, including the top junction shown in the photos. * Close and plaster the narrow gap between the island counter frame and services column (about 3cm x 90cm) * Finish exposed corners/edges, including corner bead, stopping and sanding where required. * Caulk/seal small gaps at plaster-to-cabinetry, cornice and wall junctions. * Leave ready for painting. Under-stairs cupboard * Complete/tidy existing plasterboard inside the cupboard, including the low sloping underside of the stairs. * Main unfinished wall area is roughly 1.2 m x 2 m or less. * Sheet over remaining exposed wall/framing. * Tape and stop joins, corners and screw holes. * Tidy rough/unfinished sections shown in photos. * Caulk small gaps where required. * Sand and leave ready for painting. Photos show the current condition and intended works. Job may require more than one visit for setting/drying between coats. Please quote for the full job and advise if materials are included. Severed wire behind plasterboard, needs repairing

I had a splashback and timber pelmet removed from kitchen. Had the wall above kitchen bench however the gap above kitchen bench was not sealed and is a bit wide. Would like someone to hard plaster down to kitchen bench (angle bead may be required) and sealed with silicon before I paint. Please note existing wall is brick with cement render and hard plaster over. My plan is to redesign and replace kitchen joinery eventually but want this gap sealed in the meantime. I recently had timber box pelmets removed to 4 x windows in my apartment as am getting curtains installed. After removing the pelmets there are gaps between the window reveal and underside of wall/lintel to each room and partially to the sides of the window reveal. The existing walls are 300mm wide double masonry and there is a painted timber reveal, which extends 110mm past the window frame. I need a builder, carpenter or plasterer for 'make good' works to the gaps located at the underside of the lintel and window head and to the side reveals, to the windows listed below: Windows x 4: Living Room - 2670W x 1510H (Door - 2120H) Kitchen - 1810W x 980H Bed 1 & 2- 1820W x 1510H I have been advised that one solution would be to add FC sheet substrate between window lintel and reveal, fix this to the underside of the wall, add corner bead, caulk gaps and replaster to match walls. Hello! Just need some help with drilling and securing some shelves to a wall. When knocking on wall sounds hollow. I’m assuming I need to find the studs but I have no idea how to do any of this. Please help me.

We had electricians in and they bored several holes (approx 15cm diameter) in our wall. We need someone come in and repair and plaster three of these holes. We have the pieces they bored out if useful. This job will require a ladder that can be safely used on a staircase.
