Looking for an experienced caulker to remove old mouldy silicone sealant and apply fresh sealant on kitchen sink splashback line, bathroom vanity sink and top edge of the bathtub. A mould-resistant silicone needs to be used.
The job took longer than he hoped but he applied himself and did the best job and finish he could. Given the challenges, I'm happy with the end result.

I already have the bracket, but I don’t have any tools, so please bring your own. Desk relocation: Move a desk from the ground floor to the first floor. I can assist, and it’s not particularly heavy. Picture hanging: Hang a picture on the wall. Coat hanger installation: Attach a coat hanger to the wall. I have a few screws, but please bring your own tools. Dining table setup: Unbox and set up my dining table. It’s not flat-pack furniture, but it is a little heavy, so I may need assistance. Cardboard removal: If you’re able to take away all the cardboard and packaging afterwards, that would be fantastic. I’m happy to pay extra for this. I have the necessary brackets and some screws, but you’ll need to bring your own tools. Please let me know your availability and pricing. Thanks!

I have 6 floating shelves purchased from the Shelving Shop which I need someone to install. 2 small shelves in living room, 3 small and 1 larger in laundry. These are the straightforward shelves with the bracket that goes on the wall first and then the shelf slots onto the bracket

Doorknob on one side isn’t catching the latch internally and just turns endlessly - therefore meaning the door locks from one side as you can’t engage the latch to open it.

Need to complete maintenance job on taps in multiple rooms in house driven by issue that has just occurred with leaking tap in shower. 1. All taps in bathroom and laundry the same type. Around 25 years old standard taps. All have thermal handle barrier tap inserts that need removal and replacement. (see images) 2. Tap in powder room also requires replacement of Tap valve, washers etc. but different taps (see images) Room 1 - Bathroom 2x Taps Shower - Currently shower is leaking and have to turn hot water on and off to stop leak - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert - Already replaced cold water, but may need new thermal handle barrier tap insert. - Hot water cover will not budge, need expertise here to remove 2x Taps Basin - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 2 - Laundry 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 3 - Powder room 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washer. These taps differ from the rest of the taps in the house and unsure if they have thermal handle barrier tap inserts. Hoses may need tightening up for these ones as well. Note, you will need to supply parts to complete job.

I have some small outdoor tiling work required. I've recently had ducted gas heating removed from the front of my house and the base of a skirting unit removed from the side.
