Looking for Aircon Service/Maintenance for 3x Panasonic Split System Units. Condenser located on roof.

Need to complete maintenance job on taps in multiple rooms in house driven by issue that has just occurred with leaking tap in shower. 1. All taps in bathroom and laundry the same type. Around 25 years old standard taps. All have thermal handle barrier tap inserts that need removal and replacement. (see images) 2. Tap in powder room also requires replacement of Tap valve, washers etc. but different taps (see images) Room 1 - Bathroom 2x Taps Shower - Currently shower is leaking and have to turn hot water on and off to stop leak - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert - Already replaced cold water, but may need new thermal handle barrier tap insert. - Hot water cover will not budge, need expertise here to remove 2x Taps Basin - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 2 - Laundry 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 3 - Powder room 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washer. These taps differ from the rest of the taps in the house and unsure if they have thermal handle barrier tap inserts. Hoses may need tightening up for these ones as well. Note, you will need to supply parts to complete job.

Hi, I’m looking for some maintenance and repair of an irrigation system in my backyard. It would involve repairing a solenoid and small pipe (25mm I think) and placing replacement sprinkler heads on other parts of the system. Likely to be 2-4 hours work. Pictures attached. - Due date: Flexible

I have some small outdoor tiling work required. I've recently had ducted gas heating removed from the front of my house and the base of a skirting unit removed from the side. This has left a deficit in my tiles in the yard. Areas are small (less than 1m2 each). I have the tiles to replace these areas. Some areas of grouting would need to be maintained, and a couple of small areas of damage to be fixed. Unlikely to be more than a 2-3 hours work total. - Due date: Flexible
