We have a 12yo apartment with motorised roller blinds on every window. In the main bedroom there are two blinds. Both blinds stopped responding to the remote. I have changed the battery & still no response. The motors are Alpha and the remote is Merger RE102. We would like this problem fixed asap.

I’m moving out of a rental and need someone experienced in plasterboard repairs and paint touch-ups to: • Safely remove one small adhesive-mounted wall fixture (see photos) • Repair a small damaged patch where removal of the matching fixture pulled away the paint and plasterboard paper • Seal the exposed plasterboard paper, fill and sand the area, match the lightly textured finish, and touch up the paint • Remove the small grey scuff beneath the patch if possible The second fixture is extremely firmly bonded to the wall. I have tried gentle heat and dental floss, but the floss would not pass through the adhesive. It must be removed carefully without simply pulling or levering it away from the wall. If minor damage during removal is unavoidable, please repair that area as well. This is an end-of-lease repair, so I’m looking for a neat, colour-matched finish. Please supply all tools and materials, including matched paint. Photos attached. Location: Abbotsford Must be completed before 8 September. Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair walls following removal of an existing kitchen. Approximately 6 m² of plaster repairs are required. Some sections will need new plasterboard patches, with the remainder requiring flushing, taping, setting and sanding. Please note: There are additional plumbing and electrical works still to be completed, including relocating some plumbing services and installing additional electrical points. The plastering should either be scheduled after these works are complete or coordinated so any remaining access requirements are accommodated. Ideally Thursday 30th to Saturday 1st.
