Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair walls following removal of an existing kitchen. Approximately 6 m² of plaster repairs are required. Some sections will need new plasterboard patches, with the remainder requiring flushing, taping, setting and sanding. Please note: There are additional plumbing and electrical works still to be completed, including relocating some plumbing services and installing additional electrical points. The plastering should either be scheduled after these works are complete or coordinated so any remaining access requirements are accommodated. Ideally Thursday 30th to Saturday 1st. Final finish should be smooth and ready for new kitchen installation. No painting is required. Please include all materials and labour in your quote.

The lower Blum concealed hinge on my pantry door has become loose on the door side. The hinge cup sits away from the door panel, so the door won't close properly and opens wider than it should. Looking for someone experienced with Blum concealed cabinet hinges. Please bring a compatible Blum replacement hinge if you have one, in case the existing hinge needs replacing. Budget excludes parts. If the Blum hinge needs replacing, I'm happy to pay for the replacement hinge separately.

A tenant is moving in early July, so this needs to be completed as soon as possible. Please refer to the attached photo for the exact layout. Scope of Work: Plastering/Patching: Square up and patch the large tracking cutouts around the newly installed AC unit. The cutouts run vertically and horizontally, exposing studs and insulation. Fleshing & Sanding: Back-block (if required), tape, flush, and sand to a smooth, trade-quality finish ready for painting. Painting: Paint the repaired sections to seamlessly match the existing wall. (I anticipate that I will be able to provide the paint colourr code by the time the job commences). Timing: Urgent – Must be completed before 1 July 2026. Location: Abbotsford, VIC 3067. I'm looking for a safe pair of hands to help with installing 14 artwork across 3 floors of a corporate office in the Melbourne CBD this coming Wednesday 1 April. It's an early installation, meaning we need to be on-site at 7am. We will be departing from our office in Abbotsford at 6:45am to get there on time, meaning you would need to meet at our office at 6:30am for some really basic training. We anticipate the job to be completed by around 10am, and back at the office in Abbotsford around 10:30am. No carpentry skills required as it's a straightforward job and instructions will be provided en route to the installation. Essentially, I'm looking for an able-bodied person who is a safe pair of hands to assist on the job.

Door not latching as strike plate did not fit between door and frame. Need to manually press in the top latch. Likely just need to file the metal down so it closes on its own.
