I went on holiday and two pigeons decided to make my balcony their home. I shooed them away and pulled down the awning and locked it in place. They somehow flew back in and won't leave. I've tried everything I can think of. I need someone who doesn't freak out when pigeons fly around (like I do) to come and release the awning (it's clipped in) so they can fly out. I have no idea what to charge but this will be a quick job for someone not freaked out by pigeons.

The chain of the roller blind broke and came off.

Door frame repair to be completed on or preferably before Wednesday 26/11. I have the triangular middle piece missing from the frame (see photo). Electrical panel is control for central heating via floor vents (damaged wiring seen in pic) Aesthetically satisfactory job will suffice before rental inspection.
