Remove shelf. Only one screw remaining to be removed. Screw is damaged from attempts at being removed. Nil thread left. After removal of shelf area requires potentially some light sanding and small amount of putty to plug holes.

There is mould growing behind the silicone due to it being installed poorly, my landlord just put another layer of caulk ontop "to fix/hide" which is now peeling off and its much worse He has told me to fix it myself, but I desperately need someone who knows what they are doing! **these photos are the morning after spraying and scrubbing with mould spray for reference, he mould you see if behind the silicone**
