I need a large mirror removed from the bathroom - I believe it is glued on and will be extremely heavy. Then installation of a new mirror cabinet. Weight of the cabinet is around 35kg and will be above a basin and toilet. The wall is brick and plaster.

We have a small veranda at the entrance to our Californian Bungalow that has rain coming in through its roof causing its plaster ceiling to open very wide. We're concerned about its structural integrity. The roof of the veranda is flat and the whole space is about 1.5m to 2 m wide/deep. The photos are a few months old and now there's a second hole.

Moving out of a rental and need a handyman to fix a few issues.. Lots of little patch repairs and holes, scratches, a security door that had the handle broken. Have attached some images of a few examples. There is paint in the unit already. Have window fly screens that also need replacing if possible.
