We have a small veranda at the entrance to our Californian Bungalow that has rain coming in through its roof causing its plaster ceiling to open very wide. We're concerned about its structural integrity. The roof of the veranda is flat and the whole space is about 1.5m to 2 m wide/deep. The photos are a few months old and now there's a second hole.

This door had become loose on its hinges so I have removed it, it will need to be put back on

Moving out of a rental and need a handyman to fix a few issues.. Lots of little patch repairs and holes, scratches, a security door that had the handle broken. Have attached some images of a few examples. There is paint in the unit already. Have window fly screens that also need replacing if possible.

Right side of the shower rail is hanging lose from the dry wall (the other side is fine). I need the lose side fixed. See pictures - Shower rail has been removed from the wall and left on the floor.
