Tilt garage door very noisy when opening & closing

I have a sliding door at the end of the staircase between first floor and ground floor. The sliding rollers have detached from the top of the door panel. The parts inside the track are moving, but the door is completed disconnected, leaning against the wall and if I want to move it I have to push it and drag it over the floor. Is there someone that would be able to fix it?
