Patch up and paint door and a few spots before lease ends

this not a big job and I'm not sure if one person would do it all or the room modification and plumbing tasks need to be separated. i know which bath i want so could purchase it separately. The bathroom is small and doesn't actually need much modification. Some plumbing changes will also be necessary. The bathroom has a narrow sliding door and accessing a bath into the space will be tight so inspection is certainly necessary in order to quote.

Remove signage off windows and graffiti

Need a small hole repaired in an internal hollow-core bedroom door. The damage hasn’t gone all the way through the door. Looking for someone to patch, sand and paint so it’s not noticeable. Please provide a quote. Photo attached.

The lower Blum concealed hinge on my pantry door has become loose on the door side. The hinge cup sits away from the door panel, so the door won't close properly and opens wider than it should. Looking for someone experienced with Blum concealed cabinet hinges. Please bring a compatible Blum replacement hinge if you have one, in case the existing hinge needs replacing. Budget excludes parts. If the Blum hinge needs replacing, I'm happy to pay for the replacement hinge separately.

Our bathroom door has a dent in it and need it patched up and possibly painted over to match the rest of door

There is external cracking on a two storey townhouse. I would like this filled with sealant to prevent water damage (ladder required). The front door has also shifted such that it catches at the base and within the locking mechanism.

Door not latching as strike plate did not fit between door and frame. Need to manually press in the top latch. Likely just need to file the metal down so it closes on its own.

Have an external timber door that needs mortise and holes cut into for lock installation.

Repaint a sliding door frame which is powder coated

Hi, I need someone to fix and repaint the metal sliding-door frame in my apartment. It will not be the whole door frame but instead just one side of it. It would most likely need Dupli-Color Touch-Up Paint - Gloss Black, and RUST-OLEUM' 2X ULTRA COVER GLOSS CLEAR. I need someone who is actually skilled to do it.

My garage door motor runs, however it seems the chain doesn’t grab it as door doesn’t go up or down
