I have 5 door handles to be installed at my apartment

We have a very wobbly door handle on our apartment front door. The plate is pulling off because the door is sticking a little at the top. I have tired to plug the screw holes and tighten things up but it has only worked temporarily. I would like to get the following done: - Plain the door to remove the sticking - Somehow fix the existing lever so it's not wobbling and pulling off - Add a separate lock higher up that has a key externally and a snib internally. The door leaf is timber but the frame is steel.

Door handle on a bedroom door has become loose making it hard to open

My laundry has top-hung bi-fold sliding wardrobe doors. One door has come off the top track and isn’t sliding or folding correctly. It also needs some new pins for the hinges. Likely issues include rollers, pivot hardware, or track alignment. Doors appear intact but need repair and realignment. What I need: • Inspect door hardware • Repair or replace rollers/pivots if needed • Re-hang and align doors so they slide and fold smoothly It's a little hard to describe, so may need an inspection before exact repairs are planned. I'm looking for someone experienced with bathroom or shower repairs. My shower glass door seems to have a loose joint/hinge, which is causing the door to move out of alignment and hit the glass wall when closing.
