The guest is unable to open the oven door and believes it is locked in child lock mode. We’ve tried several troubleshooting steps remotely, including resetting the oven via the fuse box, however the issue persists according to the guest. This is the first time this concern has been raised, so we suspect it may be user error rather than a fault. We’re looking for someone who can attend the property and show the guest how to unlock and correctly use the oven, and confirm whether the child lock is engaged or if there is an actual issue.
