Our sliding door usually opens when the handle points up - but now it feels like it's jammed. We’ve tried all different methods, pushing/pulling and rotating the handle to different positions but no luck - the top half of the door doesn’t move/unseal at all when unlocking the handle. There’s no other mechanisms on the door such as a child lock, unless theres something on the outside. It seems like the top half locking mechanism is jammed. Can send video - but have screenshot below. Please quote to have it fix.

Small chip/dent on door frame/skirting near floor. Needs filling and white touch-up paint to make it look clean for inspection. Very small job, should take under 30–60 minutes. Prefer someone experienced with patching/painting.

Loose door handle needs fixing

Shower space 80cm x 120cm - Remove old/failing grout from shower floor - Apply new waterproof grout - Shower door is sitting too low, adjust higher by a few mm (this must be done first as the door currently does not open outwards)

The laundry door hinges were damaged and bent when a strong gust of wind suddenly forced the door open. All hinges are affected, so I need someone to repair or replace the hinges and properly reattach the door before the end of my lease.

Pantry door hinges are broken. Need new hinges (unique) to fix the door.

I don't have a drill and i have 2 window handles that need to be drilled out and then 2 new ones drilled/screwed in (I have the handles). I have tried with a screwdriver but they are too tight. Screws should be ok to be reused but if you have any handy maybe bring em just in case.

My apartment front door will not close properly. The metal strike plate on the door frame appears bent or misaligned, so the latch cannot catch and the door will not shut. Photos are attached showing the issue. Have a 34cm(H) × 32cm (W) hole in plasterboard/drywall hole to be patched up. Also have a 7x7cm hole in an MDF door to be patched. Also have a slight dent in another plasterboard wall that's about 7cm(W) x 10cm(H) which if its a quick & simple task, would like this straightened out as well. Only patching required. No need to sand & paint.

Patch and fix a hole in an apartment door

Two bedroom doors need to be trimmed and rehang so fit after new carpet laid. Help with completing build for new dining table. Build flatpack for new sideboard. Hang mirror on wall.

Balcony door handle came out. Seems like the fitting got loose so need a fix for it
