The works include preparation of the existing damaged areas, removal of loose or unsuitable plasterboard where required, installation of supporting members or backing where reasonably necessary, supply and installation of replacement plasterboard, joint treatment and stopping, sanding, priming, painting of the affected ceiling areas and final cleanup. Multiple attendances are allowed for due to installation, setting, drying, sanding, painting and finishing requirements Ceiling Plasterboard Reinstatement & Finishing Works Protect surrounding areas and prepare all existing ceiling openings and damaged plasterboard for reinstatement. Remove loose or unsuitable material as required and provide additional backing, framing or support where necessary. Supply and install suitable plasterboard to reinstate the affected ceiling areas, including works around existing services and adjoining finishes. Tape, set, stop and sand all repaired areas, allowing for required drying and return attendances between coats. Prime and paint repaired ceiling areas to achieve a consistent finish with surrounding surfaces, including final touch-ups. Remove all work-generated waste and leave the area clean and presentable on completion.

Requirements: Must have previous experience with furniture assembly and wall mounting. Must bring all necessary tools, including a drill, level, measuring tape, and suitable wall fixings. Must be able to work carefully in an apartment without causing damage to the walls or furniture. Experience working in high-rise apartments is preferred. Please clean up the work area after completion. Timing: The bed is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, Friday 16 October. We would prefer someone who can attend after delivery.
