Our sliding door usually opens when the handle points up - but now it feels like it's jammed. We’ve tried all different methods, pushing/pulling and rotating the handle to different positions but no luck - the top half of the door doesn’t move/unseal at all when unlocking the handle. There’s no other mechanisms on the door such as a child lock, unless theres something on the outside. It seems like the top half locking mechanism is jammed.
