Hanging a new mechanical wall clock in my apartment. It is heavy and will need studs to be securely mounted on the wall.

Our sliding door usually opens when the handle points up - but now it feels like it's jammed. We’ve tried all different methods, pushing/pulling and rotating the handle to different positions but no luck - the top half of the door doesn’t move/unseal at all when unlocking the handle. There’s no other mechanisms on the door such as a child lock, unless theres something on the outside. It seems like the top half locking mechanism is jammed. Can send video - but have screenshot below. Please quote to have it fix.

3x window flyscreen blinds need installing. Very simple job, just need to drill holes into side frames of screens and then screw it through window frame to install. Window frames are metal though which is why I'm not confident doing it myself! BYO tools please. I can provide screws if you let me know what type is best for the job. Thanks.

Fix soundbar to wall under TV

I attached some hooks on the wall to hang some photos and when I took it off it damaged the wall paint. It needs repair today

I have a fist-sized hole in a plaster/drywall wall that needs repairing (see photo). Looking for someone experienced to: Properly patch the hole (including backing if needed) Apply filler in layers Sand it smooth and flush with the wall Match the wall texture Paint over the area so it blends in as much as possible The goal is a clean, seamless finish. Need to repair and securely reinstall a bathroom towel rack. One side of the rack has come loose, as the fixing screw has snapped off inside the wall, leaving part of it embedded. The wall anchor area may also be damaged (see photos). The other side is still attached. What needs to be done: • Remove the broken screw embedded in the wall • Reattach the rail securely so it can safely support weight
