Needing repair of an area of cork tile flooring following removal of a gas heater (see photos). Am open to suggestions as to best repair - please let me know what you would do with your offer. As far as I’m aware: - the damaged tiles can be removed and new tiles laid. I can provide cork tiles for this but they would need to be sanded and coated. - vinyl tile or sheeting could be glued down (I would need you to source something in a similar colour) The task includes replacing the skirting board (I can supply the replacement piece) but not patching the wall plaster or painting anything. I’m aware that the repaired area of floor will be evident but just looking to do the best we can as it’s not an option to replace the whole floor!

As part of an insurance claim i need two very minor items fixed. they would take honestly no longer 5 mins and i could do it myself but in order to progress with the claim i need an invoice to provide evidence that its been done. there is two small jobs. first is to patch up maybe 2 cm of silicon from the shower screen which has fallen off the second is to replace two flexi hoses for a bathroom tap.

I need two honeycomb blinds cut to size (width). They were custom order to fit two windows that have been replaced and are now narrowed. One is day/night and one just blockout. I’ve had a trial run with another one using a hacksaw but this really needs a fine powered saw (like a cabinet maker uses I believe). It needs to be a precise cut to be able to replace the end caps and creatively avoid cutting the cord. In total it would be maximum of 4 cuts over the two blinds. Example blinds for images.

Have an internal roller door from the main bedroom to the ensuite that is not opening/closing smoothly. Believe the issue is a screw that holds the door into the rail that is loose or come apart (see photo).
