New description Apartment maintenance – shower drain, sliding wardrobe doors & entry door closer Hi, Looking for a handyman / maintenance person to inspect and repair 3 issues in my apartment: 1. Shower drain cover/channel The long shower drain cover/channel is loose and does not sit securely in place. I took it to Bunnings and was advised it may need a custom replacement piece or custom solution rather than an off-the-shelf part. Looking for someone to inspect, supply and install the appropriate fix/replacement. 2. Sliding wardrobe doors The mirrored sliding wardrobe doors do not roll smoothly and regularly get stuck/jam. I believe the wardrobe door tracks/runner system need replacing. I do not have replacement tracks or parts, so I’m looking for someone who can inspect, supply the required tracks/rollers and install them. The goal is for both doors to slide smoothly without sticking or catching. 3. Entry door closer The apartment entry door previously closed and latched automatically by itself. It now no longer fully closes/shuts on its own and often remains partially open unless pushed shut manually. Looking for someone to inspect and adjust or repair the door closer mechanism so the door closes and latches properly again. Photos attached. Please quote including labour and advise whether parts are likely required after inspection. Please also advise if you can complete all three items in the same visit. Hello is there anyone who can fix the door handle today or tomorrow?

What's required: - Reattach the tilt wands on two Venetian blinds (the wands have come off). - Untangle the cords and wand on one blind so it can be raised and lowered properly again. - Tidy and straighten the cords on all three blinds, as they're currently tangled and messy. - Check that all three blinds are operating correctly before leaving. The blinds themselves don't appear to be damaged – they mainly need the cords and wands sorted out. Please bring any small replacement clips or fittings you think may be needed to reattach the wands if the existing ones are missing or broken.

Floor to ceiling kitchen cupboard door needs rehanging. Three hinges with screws to be reattached and door hung, to ensure it hangs correctly.

These two sliding doors keep getting stuck (can't be pushed back into the wall unless we lift them up) when we push them together to the centre, we suspect both stoppers need replacing. But not 100% sure.

I have vinyl stickers (all cutout done) that need to go on glass. It’s all printed and cut out. But need someone experienced who can install this perfectly. I should have them by 15/6/2026. Details: - The Loop IQ logo stickers should be aligned evenly across the windows at the same height level (roughly at eyesight level). - The purple sphere stickers should be placed more randomly throughout the windows — some higher, some lower — to create a balanced decorative look. - Reference photos and placement guide will be provided. Have 3 holes that were cut out recently plaster. The plaster fits perfectly as I have all the pieces but it needs to be rejoined and smoothed over. (I will paint myself)
