Job Title: Render single bathroom wall flat with sand & cement (prep for tiling) **TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE 25th Oct 🙏🏻 Description: I have just stripped old tiles off my bathroom walls. For one wall, the underlying masonry has residual mortar/tile adhesive and needs a coat of sand-and-cement render to flatten and square up the wall in preparation for new tiles. Needs to be done by Sunday 25th of October. Job Details: Substrate: brick with existing rough render buildup. Total Area: ~4sqm (outlined red in second photo). Task Required: Apply a bonding agent if necessary. Apply a straight-edged sand and cement render coat so the walls are plumb and flat. Finish Needed: Base/scratch coat finish only—does not need a smooth finish-grade or sponge coat, but must be flat and slightly keyed for tile adhesive to grab onto. Requirements: Please bring your own tools, straight edge, and mixing gear. Materials (sand, cement, bonding agent) Prior experience with rendering/plastering for tile prep required. Location / Access: ground floor of terrace house.

Plaster works: Repair and patch all ceiling/wall openings left from the air-conditioner installation. 3 x ceiling openings: approximately 300mm × 300mm square cuts. 2 x ceiling openings: non-standard shapes and sizes. One opening extends through the cornice and down the wall, requiring repair to both the ceiling and wall. All original cut-out plaster pieces are available. We’re renovating a house & bathroom and need some plaster patching & square-setting. - Photo shows bathroom soon to be stripped out: cornicing & lighting will be removed. - We’d need our Tasker to square-set where the cornices were and patch where the lights were. - It’s 8 lineal meters of square-setting (ceiling approx 2x2m) And patching will be where lights were. Hi! One of the locking pegs (mushroom pins) on my awning window frame has sheared off. Details: Hardware Brand: Kin Long window system (aluminum frame). The Issue: The pin snapped off, leaving the rivet/fastener base stuck in the track. What's Needed: Drill out/remove the broken fastener shaft and supply/install a replacement peg/pin to match the existing one (photos attached). Parts: I do NOT have replacement parts. Tasker must supply the replacement pin/screw/rivet. I have attached photos of the intact pin for reference, the broken base, and the overall window setup.

My clothes hanging rail has come out of the plasterboard wall because the wall anchors failed. The rail itself is fine, but the screws and anchors pulled out of the wall. Job required: Repair the damaged plasterboard holes (fill/patch if needed) Install stronger wall anchors (e.g. toggle bolts or proper plasterboard anchors) Reinstall the clothes rail securely The rail holds hanging clothes, so it needs to be mounted strongly so it doesn’t pull out again.
