Hi there, I need a professional to repair a shallow drywall paper tear in my apartment (approx. 5cm wide). A sticky hook accidentally peeled back the paint and the brown paper layer underneath. The job requires: 1 Sealing the exposed brown paper so it doesn't bubble. 2 Skimming with filler/spackle and sanding it perfectly flush with the wall. 3 Colour-matching the wall paint (I can provide a small flake for matching, but I do not have the paint code).
 4 Painting the patch so it blends invisibly. Please let me know your minimum call-out rate or fixed price for this minor repair. Thank you!

Whole wall bubbling paint and flaking wall from rising damp.

Plastering for bathroom including villaboard/wetboard in the shower, plaster to window sill and internal walls, and ceiling with battens (off the slab) likely to be at least 50mm off the existing concrete ceiling. See photos for the shelf in the shower and other details. Floor will be screed so no plaster work required there. Cornice to be removed and replaced with square set ceiling. Plumbing done,electrical Wednesday, job can be done between Thursday and Monday 13th.

Repair hole caused by door knob hitting plaster wall

We need a number of holes in our ceiling plastered, painted and help fixing our drawer.

Fix a hole in the plasterboard that is roughly 6cm in diameter.

The awning stay (side bracket) requires replacing on an open out window which is 160cm x 110cm on the first floor. - Due date: Flexible
