I’m looking for an experienced plasterer for some repair and making-good work at my apartment in Toorak. An electrician is decommissioning several wall lights and chasing a cable into the ceiling for a new dining pendant. I’ll also have a large wall-mounted mirror removed which may leave some adhesive/plaster damage. The scope will include patching the old light locations, repairing the ceiling chase and making good the wall after the mirror removal so everything is ready for painting. I will also need the decorative recessed panels flattened. Need someone to come through once the electrical work has been completed. I’m looking for a very clean finish where the repairs won’t be visible once painted. Thanks,

Seeking quotes for the following work please: - repair plastering around an air-conditioner that was replaced and damaged in order to access pipes. Please refer to photos. There is a chunk taken out back to timber stud. This is to be repaired/replaced as needed to recreate original look. It may be necessary to add on to these niche verticals on one or both sides to ensure they are even and centred against the air-con and tv. - Hide the black air-conditioner pipe running out right bottom side of unit. Potentially surround entire air-con unit with plaster to hide it behind. - Fill in the narrow gap that exists between the balcony window frame to right and the plaster section that runs the full height. Basically continue the plaster all the way to window frame so there is no longer a gap. - No painting necessary.
