I have a first-floor timber awning window that isn’t sealing properly. The left side closes fully, but the right side has a small gap. The paint is flaking and the timber is weathered in places. Ideally: Fix/Service the Winder: Lubricate the winding mechanism. If needed, replace the winder. Repair & Repaint Timber: Remove loose/flaking paint. Sand smooth. Fill cracks or damaged timber (timber bog for deep damage, caulk for small gaps). Prime exposed timber and repaint with exterior-grade paint. Requirements: Must have experience with timber window repair and painting. Please bring your own tools and materials or advise if you need a materials list.

Need a power point installed under benchtop

There is a tiny hole in plaster wall of my bedroom. Need someone to repair that hole by patching it and then painting the whole wall.

Just want one, extra power point in the kitchen in one bedroom flat. Basic 15 amp, just to power lights. No usb or anything. No concrete or hideous walls to break thru.

Move the power points and TV antenna socket from the bottom to the wall mounted tv bracket. Total of 4 units that need to be done.

I need to add a new power point in the wall behind the fridge. There is currently only a light switch there. I'd like this to be done inside the wall, if possible.

Hi there! I've messed up and stuck on some sticky hooks that are not coming off easily. I've tried to remove one and it's peeling off the paint from the ceiling. I've got 4 of these hung up from the ceiling and I need help getting the hooks off and patching the drywall damage. I've got lots of the supplies needed - skim coat polyfilla, 240-grit sandpaper, primer and sample pots of the right colour paint. I don't have adhesive remover but I do have some isopropyl alcohol. You'd need a ladder as the hooks and damage are all on the ceiling. I've attached photos so you can see the size and how bad the damage will be. Happy to pay an hourly rate or discuss. Thank you!!

Replace a power point 15amp power point.

I have several plasterboard holes to patch to prepare for painting and tiling. No painting required as part of this job. All jobs in pictures. Flexible on timing, but would ideally like this done between 6 and 10 March. 1) Four holes in walls/ceiling. Largest roughly 130mm wide. 2): Holes in wall. Largest 100mm wide. 3): Eight TV mount anchor holes and two cut out holes. Largest 60mm wide. 4): Power point hole. 120mm wide. 5): Tears/chips from backsplash removal. Across wall roughly 3m long. 6): Four small holes. Largest 90mm wide. 7): Two round holes in ceiling. Both 90mm diameter. 8): Two wall anchor holes.

I need a small plastering and painting job done. I have the paint already but everything else will need to be supplied

About 15cmx15cm hole in wall need fixing
