’m looking to build a covered outdoor area/verandah at my home in Melton. The area is approximately 9m × 2.4m (around 22m²). I have some ideas in mind, but I’m open to suggestions on the design, roof style and materials. The main aim is to create a practical covered outdoor area that looks good with the existing house and provides weather protection while still allowing good natural light. I’m considering options such as: Steel/Colorbond construction Skillion/flat roof or another suitable roof design Combination of Colorbond and clear/translucent roofing Other cost-effective options you may recommend I would prefer someone experienced with verandahs/pergolas who can advise on the best design for the space. Looking for someone experienced with plasterboard repairs to patch and finish two damaged areas in internal walls. There are: * 1 larger damaged hole in a bedroom wall, as shown in photos * 1 small hole/damaged section near a door * Patch both areas properly, including cutting back damaged plasterboard if required * Apply plaster/joint compound, sand and finish smooth ready for painting * Match the existing wall finish as closely as possible * Supply all materials and tools required Painting is not required. Just looking for both areas to be properly repaired, sanded and left ready for paint. Photos attached showing both areas.

I have fallen butt first into my loungeroom wall while moving furniture and would like someone to cut and replace a section of board. I was going to half-ass it myself but think it might be better someone with experience whole-asses it instead (butt jokes welcomed as apparently I am clumsy AF). I have matching paint and can do that by myself at least! Crack is about 40cm X 18cm (See what I did there!)
