I need a handyman to patch the hole and treat some minor dry mold residue at the base.Scope of work : Clean the black mold residue from the skirting board joint at the base of the wall using a mold-killer spray. Patch the existing open drywall square up high Tape, mud, and flush the joints smoothly. Sand the patch perfectly flat so the entire wall is 100% ready for painting. Looking for an experienced plasterer/plasterboard repairer to repair a damaged plasterboard wall inside a wardrobe. A plumber previously cut an access hole in the wall/plasterboard to repair a leaking pipe. The plumbing work has now been completed. This is NOT a wardrobe repair or cabinetry job. The wardrobe itself does not need any repair, modification or installation. The job is solely to repair and finish the plasterboard wall. The existing wall has vertical panel/groove lines, so I would like the repaired section to blend with the existing wall as closely as possible, including matching the vertical grooves/panel lines. The old opening was filled with foam, and the render has cracked. The job should include removing the damaged render, installing suitable rigid backing and mesh reinforcement, matching the existing texture, and preparing it for painting.

2 bathrooms got a new ceiling light installed. Sparky could not close the ceiling. Need patching done for both rooms.

Long story short, mum passed away house was neglected my dad still lives there however we are renovating the house to sell.
