I need a plasterer to fix wall damages in rented property. Plasterer needs to bring paint and materials.

One of the wardrobe door hinges has come loose because the screws have pulled out of the panel. The screw holes are stripped, so the screws no longer grip the wood. The hinge is still attached but hanging out, and the door is misaligned.

The plastering has to be fixed and the job needs to be done in a way that it blends with rest of the wall . The other two are smaller issues.
