When the Flush is pressed, water leaks from the side of the top cistern (tank). This happens for both Half and Full flush buttons. Also would need to fix a slowly draining Bathtub and tighten a Tap.

One of the buttons on the toilet (the full flush button) isn't working. the half flush button works. I think it's a quick fix. If I press the button, nothing happens.

Yesterday night i was using two kmart anko fan heaters at one time and that tripped my electricity. When i turned on electric trip switch, electricity is back but we are not getting hot water since then. Also, a few days back, our gas home heating stopped working and the display controller is also not working for home heating. Even when home heating worked before, it was suffocating due to some reason. So even home heating needs to be fixed and new display controller needs to be fixed which has timer to automatically start or turn of home heating at a particular time. Please share your quotes.

The gas hot water system has stopped working, I can hear the machine starting up when turning any tap in the house to hot water, but gas doesn’t seem to be running through it. I have checked the switches and nothing visibly seems to be wrong. Need to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Hot water unit - Level appliance as required - Drain and disconnect hot water unit - Alter pipework to allow unit to be raised above concrete level - Supply and install concrete base below hot water service approx. 150mm thick - Reinstate unit, lag all pipework - Test and commission system - instead of concrete, if its easier to use brick /quick dry cement, lets do that Please provide your best solution and make sure to be compliant.
