Showerhead change to the new one.

Toilet is leaking from a pipe that connects it, would seem to be a faulty seal thatneeds replacing

Replace rain shower to hose shower head ( from photo 1 to photo 2)

Looking for a licensed plumber to attend my final inspection on Fri 5 Dec at 12pm (approx. 30 mins). Previous copper theft and a leaking tap were reported, so I need a quick check to confirm all plumbing is working and compliant. Also after a ballpark quote for adding a bathroom in the rear sunroom (existing pipes already in place).

This old shower head in an unused bathroom has started dripping. It needs to be replaced. If the tasker could supply the replacement that would be brilliant. Ideally done today to stop the leak.

Need to replace the old sinker mixer tap with a new sink mixer tap on the kitchen island.

Sink is blocked up needs an emergency plumber

Looking to service a single gas burner. Working but inefficient. Fire is orange in colour, resulting in pot bottom turning black.

I need to replace - gas pipe - hot water pipes - water lines on the ceiling to the kitchen and bathroom - check the ventilations

Mixer in kitchen sink is not turning hot. Expect the hot water is isolated somewhere as cold water flow working fine, however can't find hot water isolation valve. If mixer replacement required, will have the part on the day for installation. Front right gas burner on stove top not turning on. Suspected due to the knob mechanism being stuck (required some degreasing and cleaning to get the other three burners on stove top working), can't get last burner to press down/turn to get gas on. Require assistance to get working.

Fix 2 toilets not flushing.

The house is slow draining and I suspect it's due to the water debris within the pipeline. Looking for a plumber to flush and unclog the pipes around the house
