Need a plumber to attach an extension pipe under the bathroom sink

Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to assist with the following: Laundry: Relocate the valve from its current position to underneath the sink so it is concealed. Our front yard tap is leaking. The leak seems to be coming from a joint below the tap. I tried to fasten the nut where the leak is but is is already tight. I would like assistance in fixing this leak.
