I am wanting some work done to my kitchen and powder room. This includes: - Terminate a gas pipe - Move the existing kitchen drain and hot/cold water pipes around 2 metres from where they currently are (through the sub-floor as kitchen is upstairs) - Connect a double bowl undermount sink, insinkerator and tap to the moved pipes - Fit a toilet bowl and cistern to existing pipe work - Fit a vanity bowl to existing drainage and tap to existing hot/cold water pipes

* Remove existing drawer to create space for dishwasher installation. * Replace benchtop and sink. * Complete required plumbing work for the new sink and dishwasher connection. * Ensure all fittings and connections are installed and functioning correctly.

Old cook top which currently in use to be replaced with new purchased glass cook top.

Install a new gas cook top, the old one has been removed and the bench top has been cut to the new size. Would prefer if it can be done today as the main gas line is shut off due to which doesn’t have heating.

I have a 160L natural gas storage hot water system Rheem that won’t relight after the main gas supply was turned off for a few weeks and has now been turned back on. I’ve already checked: * Main gas meter isolation valve is ON. * Hot water heater isolation valve is ON. * Gas control knob is set to PILOT when attempting to light. * Igniter clicks normally. * I can smell a small amount of gas while holding the pilot button.

Hi there, I am looking for a quote to fix a leaking rainwater pump system at my house in Altona Meadows. The system consists of a Bianco Rainsaver MK5 changeover device paired with a Bianco SK13 pump. It is roughly 10 years old. Originally, it was leaking about 1 drop per second from the Rainsaver MK5 controller. I attempted to patch it with black silicone, but since sealing that spot, it is now constantly dripping about 1 drop every 5 seconds from the SK13 pump unit itself (around the lower housing area I assume). I have attached a photo of the setup with the assumed leak area highlighted. Please ignore the funnel, it was a temporary solution to redirect the leaking water. Could you please let me know your recommended approach and pricing. What would be your estimated cost for the call-out, labor, and necessary parts for your recommended fix? To Fix Hydronic Boiler Issue My diagnosis tells me issue is either ; * Ignition electrode circuit * Ignition control module * Air pressure switch Or * Main PCB Issue But need licensed professional to check and repair. 1. Thermostat calls for heat ✔️ 2. Fan starts ✔️ 3. Pump starts ✔️ 4. Humming sound ✔️ 5. Boiler shuts down after a few seconds ❌ * Heating demand light comes on ✔️ * No spark clicking at all ❌ So looks like the boiler is attempting ignition but shuts down / failing its safety checks. I have done resetting multiple times but didn’t help. A technical attended a month ago and he also diagnosed ignition issue but I did not proceed to repair back then, but now I’d like repair options.

I have a slimline rainwater tank at the back of my townhouse that collects water from the tin roof. Currently, almost no water is making it into the tank. Even during heavy rain, only a tiny trickle comes out of the drain pipe and the tank won't fill past 10%. What I’ve done: Cleaned the tank inlet mesh screen completely (it is not the issue). What needs to be done: Inspect the downpipe system, gutter connection, and pipe layout to find out why the rainwater is bypassing or not reaching the tank. Clear any restrictions or fix the flow issue so it fills properly. Easy access to the tank area. If it's a simple cleaning/maintenance job, a handyman with a tall ladder is fine. The water pump has been dripping water and after sealing the leak with black silicone it started leaking at a different spot. Need to figure out why it is leaking and fix it.

My bathroom shower has stopped supplying hot water. Current situation: * Cold water flows normally from the shower. * No hot water comes from the shower at all. * The bathroom basin hot tap works normally. * The hot water also works normally in the other bathroom in basin and shower. * The shower has separate hot and cold taps (not a mixer).
