Remove kitchen tap set mounted on external wall and install new mixer tap mounted on new timber laminate kitchen benchtop and connect new sink. New tap and sink supplied by me. Fill up hole in wall where tap removed and take away old taps

F&P DW70FC4 is leaking water from the drainage hose - it’s cracked and needs replacing.

Hi Airtaskers, bit of an unusual situation but will try my luck… I’m trying to help out a friend of mine who just lost their Mum so forgive me if the details are a little vague but here goes: Her house is quite old and there is something wrong with her plumbing as to have a hot shower she needs to turn on the cold water and leave it running in the bath while she’s in the shower, otherwise no hot water comes out the shower. Also, the dishwasher doesn’t work and she doesn’t know if it’s a plumbing or a diahwasher thing so before replacing the dishwasher need someone to see what’s going on first. I don’t know if these are independent issues or if they can be assessed together but is there anyone out there with the relevant knowledge and experience who could come and assess these problems and provide a plan of action and quote? Would be great to get this sorted out for her after what she has just gone through I really want to help her get this sorted. Can anyone please help or advise ? Any

We need a plumber to connect the following bathroom accessories: - shower head and base -mixer -2 wall hung vanities and basins - toilet Shower head will be moved to external wall. Shower connection will need to be converted to a mixer. Vanity x2 to be put back into existing place. Toilet to be connected in existing place. Change the orientation of waste pipe so vanity drawers will close (see pics). Rough in is all existing apart from new shower head and mixer. Shower base will be a tile over polystyrene type. - Due date: Before Sunday, 21 May 2023
