Looking for a tiler who can waterproof to assess, quote and complete repair if possible (remove affected tiles, replace damaged sheeting, re‑waterproof and retile). 1sqm or less. We have the tiles already. Ignore the price, seeking quotes!

Our old Aquamax Hot water gas system has stopped working. The pilot light comes on and is steady but upon release of the button it goes out. Likely a thermocouple issue? Need someone to inspect and fix. Also, unscrewed one of the bolts and now cannot tighten, see picture.

Waterleak detection. Received a significantly higher water bill than usual. Monitored the meter overnight without using any water. There was a noticeable increase in the reading, which suggests there may be a leak. Please provide a quote for leak detection and what tests will be undertaken.
