Plumber needed: leaking toilet pan connection (Williamstown) The ensuite toilet is leaking at the pan collar where it connects to the 100mm sewer pipe. A plumber's inspection confirmed water staining down the pipe below the floor, most likely from a failed pan collar seal. Scope: • Remove the toilet pan • Replace the pan collar and connector with a new seal

The hot water tank is producing hot water, however there is no hot water supply coming out from taps within the shop. Suspect it is an issue with the tempering valve (TMV).

Toilet is dripping. Appears to be coming from underneath. Need someone to fix.
