Need a plumber for 2 small jobs in Albion/sunshine area: 1. Repair/cap a broken outdoor copper water line. I accidentally snapped an old capped branch off a 15mm tee. It’s fully exposed and the mains are currently off. 2. Fix bathroom mixer tap. When I lift the lever, it slowly drops back down and turns the water off.

I am looking for a qualified plumber or experienced handyman to remove an existing bathroom vanity and install a new IKEA HEMNES/RUTSJÖN combination. The new items are already on-site. Scope of Work: 1. Disconnection & Removal: Disconnect the plumbing and remove the existing vanity and basin. 2. Assembly: The HEMNES Wash-stand (602.176.62) is already assembled. 3. (Note: This unit stands on two front legs and must be anchored to the wall for stability). • Fit the RUTSJÖN Wash-basin (605.326.99) onto the cabinet. 4. Plumbing: Install the IKEA water trap/piping included with the basin. • Connect the basin to existing hot/cold water points and the waste outlet. • Install a new mixer tap. 5. Sealing: Apply professional silicone sealing between the basin and the wall, and the basin and the cabinet to ensure a waterproof finish. Fit off bathroom 1 basin ,1 tap ,one shower head

I’m looking for a qualified plumber/handyperson in Albion to install a new toilet by extending from the existing toilet line in a house on stumps, where the crawling space underneath is tight. The job also includes installing a preformed shower shroud, shower head, vanity sink, and connecting both the shower and vanity to the existing drain point in the laundry, as well as replacing the laundry taps. I will provide the shower shroud, toilet and vanity sink, and I’m happy to either supply the remaining materials or cover the cost if you prefer to supply them. I need a plumber urgently please

I've overtightened the mixer tap when I replaced the internal cartridge. Now it won't pull apart. I can't get it to move separately to disassemble it AGAIN and find out why the base is still leaking when I use the tap.

Toilet flush stopped working. Possibly need replacement hardware.

My laundry room has a leak on the ceiling for some time now. Directly above the leak is the upstairs shower, which is most likely where the leak is from. I have had the shower tiles regrouted previously but that didn't fix the leak. I'm guessing the shower pan needs to be resealed but need someone professional to assess and remedy.
