The job also includes installing a preformed shower shroud, shower head, vanity sink, and connecting both the shower and vanity to the existing drain point in the laundry, as well as replacing the laundry taps. I will provide the shower shroud, toilet and vanity sink, and I’m happy to either supply the remaining materials or cover the cost if you prefer to supply them. Three leaking taps: - Kitchen sink wall tap, leaks out base of one tap when on - Bathroom basin sink taps, drip constantly. - Shower wall taps, drip occasionally. All three have had the spindles replaced, so probably need reseating.
