Need to fix a small leaky tap

Need someone to fix my toilet drain as is blocked I have olready removed the sit And there is no contamination

My small townhouse has an existing toilet but needing an extra one close to it. There is a space (8000mm X 1000mm) in the laundry area. Scope of works: 1. Plumbing works required is to tap on existing toilet pipe, unfortunately, the flooring is slab so requires digging into the floor tiles. 2. Reposition the laundry door and enclose the toilet wall with new wall(about 1000mm X 24000mm) to the ceiling. 3. Minor retiling works 4. Install light.

I’ve been trying to remove a stuck screw-on tap housing on the hot water tap so I can fix a leaking tap valve but nothing I’ve tried so far seems to have worked. Things I have tried: - using a rubber strap and masking tape wrapped around the tap housing to try to twist it off anticlockwise, as well as using rubber gloves - using a razor blade to cut any glue that might be gluing the tap housing to the wall - using boiling water and ice cubes to rapidly thermally expand and contract the tap housing - using vinegar applied to the internal face of the tap housing with a small syringe - using Calcium Lime and Rust remover applied to the tap housing internal face with a small syringe - using WD-40 specialist penetrant applied to the tap housing internal face with the straw applicator Nothing seems to have done the trick for what I can only guess is a particularly stubborn hot water tap housing. Any ideas, advice or offers of assistance much appreciated. I have replacement tap valve and some seals for you if you want to come over, but I don’t have a replacement tap set. Thanks

Shower drainage problem i dont know much to say but it stuck water not drain

I need someone to come today to complete a plumbing work that havent been completed so i can start putting in my yellow tongue. Old plumbing cable was removed and new one has already been installed but havent fully completed. See in picture. Floor and wall are opened already so easy for installation. Work include, Pre prepare a new toilet plumbing in the bathrooms Check if all previously plumbering is correctly connected Pre perpare any plumbing for the prev removed toilet Pre perpare the waste for the vanity, laundry Dummy 2 gas which is still active so i can remove the flooring . Connect a new tap outside near the hot water tank.

I need to add additional plumbing for an extra toilet. The subflooring is removed already so easy access. Also need to disabled a few gas and possible extra water plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen sink tap is leaking at the base even when it's turned off. I believe it either needs the o-rings replaced or something tightened, potentially whole tap replacement.
