Looking for an experienced licenced plumber to: * Remove tiles on ground in shower, shower screens. * Install new base, shower screens. * No hidden fees * Also fix leakage going into carpet of other room. * Job will be around November or December. * Please also let me know how many day's the job may take. As certain areas need time to dry. Whether job will take a week or so? * Just looking around for quotes. * The plumber must be very detailed in the process of the work, will need evidence and invoice work related to cost of base, screen purchases etc.

We have just installed a brand-new Essentials toilet suite (product code 158571), but the cistern is continuously filling and the water won't stop at the correct level, causing it to overflow. We have checked the float and it doesn't appear to be moving freely. We've also manually lifted the float to its highest position, but the water continues flowing, so it seems the inlet/fill valve isn't shutting off properly. The toilet is brand new and we're currently installing it, so we're looking for someone to inspect the float and inlet valve, identify the issue and get the cistern working properly. I’ve been trying to remove a stuck screw-on tap housing on the hot water tap so I can fix a leaking tap valve but nothing I’ve tried so far seems to have worked. Things I have tried: - using a rubber strap and masking tape wrapped around the tap housing to try to twist it off anticlockwise, as well as using rubber gloves - using a razor blade to cut any glue that might be gluing the tap housing to the wall - using boiling water and ice cubes to rapidly thermally expand and contract the tap housing - using vinegar applied to the internal face of the tap housing with a small syringe - using Calcium Lime and Rust remover applied to the tap housing internal face with a small syringe - using WD-40 specialist penetrant applied to the tap housing internal face with the straw applicator Nothing seems to have done the trick for what I can only guess is a particularly stubborn hot water tap housing. Any ideas, advice or offers of assistance much appreciated. I have replacement tap valve and some seals for you if you want to come over, but I don’t have a replacement tap set. Thanks

I need someone to come today to complete a plumbing work that havent been completed so i can start putting in my yellow tongue. Old plumbing cable was removed and new one has already been installed but havent fully completed. See in picture. Floor and wall are opened already so easy for installation. Re do the plumbing under the sink. Have the pipes going towards the back. Use the flexible pipe? Also need to tighten the tap with a new rubber. For the kitchen
